Cheri Kaye is an accomplished real estate professional with over 23 years of experience in the industry. As a long-time resident of Prescott, she has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and has established herself as a trusted expert in the field.

Cheri began her career in real estate as a salesperson in 1999 and in 2011 joined Mandalay Homes, a new home builder, where she honed her skills in sales and marketing. After seven years with the company, she transitioned to Realty One Group Mountain Desert, where she stayed until August of 2025. During her time at Realty One Group, Cheri consistently received achievement awards, a testament to her dedication and success in the industry.

Cheri and her partner Rhett Harvick have now settled in with KMF Real Estate. A boutique real estate company but with enough real estate knowledge and support to rival most every other real estate company.

In addition to her real estate career, Cheri also owned and ran Tourfactory virtual tours in Northern Arizona from 2000 to 2010. This experience gave her a unique perspective on the importance of visual marketing in real estate, and she has since leveraged this knowledge to help her clients maximize their property's appeal.
