M. Faye Humphrey is the Designated Broker and Owner of KMF Real Estate, as well as a respected real estate instructor in Arizona. Known for her professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and long-standing commitment to education, Faye has built a distinguished career spanning multiple facets of real estate.

Originally from the Southeast, Faye lived in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina before moving with her family to Wyoming, where she established a successful Title Insurance and Escrow company. In 1986, she relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, continuing her work in the title and escrow industry.

Faye began teaching in the late 1980s and has since educated thousands of real estate professionals. Her experience includes pre-licensing for salespersons and brokers, as well as Continuing Education across the state.

In 2000, Faye transitioned from the title industry to real estate sales, earning her broker’s license just three years later. She went on to serve as a Managing Broker, coach, and trainer. After relocating to the Prescott area, Faye met and married her husband, Bill. Together with her son Matt and his family, they founded KMF Real Estate and the Northern Arizona Real Estate Institute.

With offices in Chino Valley, Dewey, and Scottsdale, the team continues to “Keep Moving Forward.”
