M. Faye Humphrey is the Designated Broker and Owner of KMF Real Estate and a highly respected real estate instructor in Arizona. Known for her professionalism and deep industry knowledge, Faye’s career spans education, title and escrow, and brokerage leadership.
After relocating from the Southeast to Arizona in 1986, she taught thousands of agents statewide, earned her broker’s license, and served as a managing broker, coach, and trainer.
Together with her family, she co-founded KMF Real Estate and the Northern Arizona Real Estate Institute, continuing a legacy built on integrity, relationships, and exceptional client service.

I am the co-owner, administrator, and an instructor at the school. I’ve been a real estate agent since 2008 and a broker since 2024, and in one way or another, I’ve been involved in the business most of my life. I earned my instructor’s license in 2024.
We welcome engaged classes with plenty of questions, and we work hard to create an environment that encourages participation and discussion. I moved to Chino Valley in 2021 with my family.
